Registration includes all necessary teaching materials to conduct training back at participants' organizations (Manuals, PowerPoints, Video Scenarios).

Preferred hotel information will be provided with registration if required.

Full refunds for pre-course cancellations require 30 days notice. Any cancellations made within 30 days of class will receive one-half of payment refunded unless class is cancelled, then a full refund will be issued.
